The Residence Karolina offers 20 serviced lovely spacious apartments. The guests can choose from one or two bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments designed for 2 adults or families with children are even suitable to accommodate 4 persons if using an extra sleeping facility in the living room. Two bedroom apartments have two en-suite bathrooms to provide maximum intimacy for 2 staying couples. Additionally to that you can temporary accommodate another 2 friends by using a large comfortable roll-away sofa located in the living room.

Riguardante dintorni Karoliny Svetle No. 4 is the unique neo-renaissance building and its history goes back to the 1860, the date when the construction of Prague National Theatre in the close proximity commenced. The latest reconstruction punctually preserves its original layout and interior design with intention to provide a modern style and comfortable apartments with all up-to-date standards. Nowadays the building is charming everyone with its colourful facade ornamentation and the beautiful entrance hall, an architectural piece of art itself. Some of the apartments in higher floor are overlooking Old Town roofs with a panoramic view of Prague Castle.
