The Residence Karolina offers 20 serviced apartments in total and all of them are really XXL size. The guests can choose from one or two bedroom apartments situated on 5 floors, modern and spacious lift is operating in the premises. One bedroom apartments are suitable either for 2 (executive version) or for a party of 4 with extra sleeping facilities in additional room. Each of two bedroom apartments has two en-suite bathrooms to provide enough piece and privacy for 4 staying guests. Additionally to that you can temporarily accommodate another 2 friends by using a large comfortable sofa located in the roomy living rooms.
Apartments are furnished with aim to provide maximum comfort and versatility for guests staying a few days or several months. You can expect modern furniture and decoration, state-of-the-art appliances like home cinema, DVD, LCD-TV. About the area Karoliny Svetle No. 4 is the unique neo-renaissance building and its history goes back to the 1860, the date when the construction of Prague National Theatre in the close proximity commenced. The latest reconstruction punctually preserves its original layout and interior design with intention to provide a modern style and comfortable apartments with all up-to-date standards. Nowadays the building is charming everyone with its colourful facade ornamentation and the beautiful entrance hall, an architectural piece of art itself. Some of the apartments in higher floor are overlooking Old Town roofs with a panoramic view of Prague Castle.
