The Karolina Residence offers 20 lovely serviced spacious apartments. The guests can choose from one or two bedroom apartments. One bedroom apartments designed for 2 adults or families with children are even suitable for accommodating 4 people, when an extra sleeping facility in the living room is used. Two bedroom apartments have two en-suite bathrooms to provide maximum intimacy for 2 staying couples. Additionally, you can temporarily accommodate another 2 friends by using a large comfortable roll-away sofa located in the living room.
Karoliny Svetle No. 4 is the unique neo-renaissance building and its history goes back to the 1860, the date when the construction of Prague National Theatre in the close proximity commenced. The latest reconstruction punctually preserves its original layout and interior design with intention to provide a modern style and comfortable apartments with all up-to-date standards. Nowadays the building is charming everyone with its colourful facade ornamentation and the beautiful entrance hall, an architectural piece of art itself. Some of the apartments in higher floor are overlooking Old Town roofs with a panoramic view of Prague Castle.

"The apartment was really spacious and lovely with very high quality furniture and fittings. We found its location really good - central but quiet, and just a few minutes walk from all the sights. All the front office staff were lovely and so very helpful - whatever we asked them to do. It is a brilliant team! The complimentary pickup from the airport was great and the whole check- in could not have been simpler and more helpful, with a member of staff to show you around the lovely apartment and explain its workings..."

"We loved our 2 bedroom apartment at Karolina. A beautiful building and wonderful location. The apartment was clean and well appointed and very spacious for a family of four. Both beds were large and comfortable. We very much appreciated that the Prague City Apts office was right next door. This made checking in / out very convenient and it was a bonus to have them available to ask questions and get directions and suggestions from the staff (like having a hotel concierge)..."

"The apartment was perfect! The Residence Karolina delivered on everything it promised, from the spacious and well furnished apartment to the support of the office staff who were available 24/7! We even used the on-line chat option prior to our arrival to arrange airport transfer! The Residence was close to nice restaurants, tram stops, and we could walk to the various neighborhoods that we explored. And the price was right!"
